Sculptural Extension
Basically the existing groundfloor plan -with triangular bay windows and non orthogonal partitions- just had to go to create a more logical and spacious plan.
The expansion only emphasises this by adding more square meters and height to the living room, while making a reference to the existing house with the corten steel shape. An external additional staircase in the expansion works as a surprising element and creates a continuous circulation in the house.
